Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple team members - Coordinate and assist with various projects as assigned - Maintain a professional and organized front desk area - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Utilize computer systems and software to input and retrieve information accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize - Proficient in using Google Suite or similar productivity tools - Familiarity with front desk operations and basic clerical tasks - Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly - Experience working in a veterinary or medical office setting is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
